Happy Birthday Naomi

It's hard to believe that it has been one year since we met and lost our dear baby angel, Naomi. It has been a VERY difficult week. I cried a lot and my heart continues to ache.

Today, we visited her, sat next to her grave and prayed for her.
We sang Happy Birthday and Noah blew out her candle.

We miss and love you so much Naomi. We know that you are celebrating in heaven.
