3.5

Noah recently turned 3 1/2!  Here are some fun facts about Noah:
  • 38 1/2 inches tall (he has already grown over 2 inches since he turned 3)
  • 30 pounds
  • Favorite shows/movies: Thomas the Train, Sesame Street (he still loves Elmo), Cars (adores Lightning McQueen), Pixar Short Films, Tom and Jerry
  • He knows how to work an iPod - his favorite artists/songs include:
    • Beatles - In my life, All you need is love (he sings..."all you need is love...that's all we need"),  Michelle
    • Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds (Live at Radio City concert)
    • Michael Jackson - Billie Jean, Don't stop til you get enough (he usually clicks through the various Michael Jackson videos on youtube and dances).  I played one of Michael Jackson's later videos and Noah DID NOT recognize him.  He said, "Mommy that's not Michael Jackson."
    • Radiohead (Basement session)
  • On Saturday mornings, he turns on the tv, receiver, dvd, presses play on the remote and what does he watch?? Not cartoons, but concerts on DVD or one of his favorite movies
  • He knows how to operate my Nespresso machine and knows that Daddy likes lattes and mommy likes cappuccinos.
  • He loves his little guitar and strums it while he watches concerts.
  • He likes cruising around on his scooter and big wheel.
  • Noah continues to have a little Filipino accent, especially with the words - sometimes, be-cohz (because) and choo-coh-lit (chocolate).
  • He's a little prankster, he'll hide our belongings (ex. cell phone chargers, my bracelets and necklaces)  in random areas of the house... but if you ask him where things are, he remembers and finds it for you.
  • I think it's really cute when he's having a lot of fun and he says "Mommy, I like today!"

Noah likes sitting in the laundry basket. The sucky part is that he asks us to push him around in it...it's quite tiring!

Awwww, they do grow up way too fast!  Noah starts preschool in September and the thought of his first day makes me want to cry.  He's really excited about it.  He points at the preschool when we drive by it and he screams "that's my school!"
